Aggravating Factors

Aggravating factors are circumstances that can worsen the effects of certain EWEs, or make people more vulnerable to the effects of certain EWEs.

Due to the unpredictable nature of Hubium and its movement in the upper atmosphere, the severity of Hubium radiation produced by Super-charged Hubium (ScH) raindrops can vary widely. A few circumstances will worsen the severity of Hubium Radiation (HR):

• Long periods without precipitation (allows the ScH longer times to super-charge in the upper atmosphere)
• Solar flares (causes the ScH in the upper atmosphere to charge faster)
• High winds (causes more airborne ScH collisions as well as bringing in extra ScH from surroundings if there are ScH clusters upwind of the precipitation)
• Heavier precipitation (causes more ScH particles to be collected and exploded)
• Living near/downwind of heavily industrialized (or previously heavily industrialized) areas or Hubium production plants.

Be extra cautious about precipitation if any of these circumstances are present. Additionally, certain health conditions can worsen the effects of exposure to HR, even if the radiation is mild.

These conditions include, but are not limited to:

• Chronic Hubium Exposure (CHE) Syndrome, a disease caused by long-term, unshielded exposure to HR
• Other previous exposure to high levels of HR
• Cancer (which may be aggravated by exposure to HR)
• Hemophilia
• Some skin conditions (including dry skin, eczema, or other conditions worsening skin condition/strength)
• Older age
• Low body fat percentage and/or muscle volume
• Osteoporosis

If in doubt, ask your doctor about whether your disease makes you more susceptible to injury or death from HR. Anything that degrades tissue quality should be of concern.
